Evaluation

The external evaluation of the project was an ex-post evaluation by MDI. The evaluation included elements of both process evaluation and impact evaluation. The evaluation focused on four pre-defined criteria: relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and impacts. The external evaluation was conducted as a qualitative evaluation and a variety of qualitative methodologies, such as interviews and document analysis, were used.
